Company Dealerships, Pacific Bell (Private Sector).

Florida Department of Children & Families, Florida Department of
Juvenile Justice, Florida Department of Transportation, City of
Jacksonville (Public Sector).

and priorities developing a strategic plan to meet critical needs and
identifying metrics for accountable champions to measure progress of the
plan in achieving those critical needs.

Provided Application Specialist (Blue Belt) training to Department
staff.

Provided consulting services to all Program Areas within the
Department.

Power & Light (FPL) Company
§
1980-1992
– Managed a variety of operations, including Operations Manager, District
General Manager and a one year assignment as a Project Team Leader for
development of an “Automated” Budget System” for all FPL divisions.
§
1988-1989
– Played an active role in FPL’s challenge for Japan’s “Deming Prize”
(FPL was 1st international company to win award in 1989).

– Performed various engineering assignments including supervisor.
