Michael consults and leads six sigma, process management and re-engineering
implementation projects for major corporate clients. Develops and conducts
training necessary to support projects. Consults with teams and management to
ensure integration of continuous improvement within processes as well as the
overall total quality system of the enterprise.

and consulting activities in Hong Kong, China, Australia, Thailand, Austria, and
across the U.S. Certified as Master
Black Belt. Serves as Florida
Governor’s Sterling Quality Award Examiner.
