Identified below are the quality management training materials/packages provided by PROMAX. Continuous Performance Improvement – Executive Overview (1/2 – 1 day)

Prepares Senior/Executive Management for the implementation of Continuous Process Improvement.
 

Problem-Solving and Analysis Workshop  (5 days)

Personnel who need team leadership/building skills are given leadership and effective problem-solving and communication skills.
 

Process Management Workshop  (2 days)

Personnel who perform work processes identify the highest priority process and derive process diagrams (flowcharts) and the respective measures (indicators) that quantify operating performance.
 

Priority Management for Unit Leaders  (3 days)

Unit leaders such as core process owners, department heads or other such upper level management link the Continuous Process Improvement philosophies and the ISO 9000 structure into the deployment mechanism.
 

Priority Deployment Workshop  (3 days)

Coordinating Sponsors and the Coordinating Committee outline and facilitate the development of deployment plans to improve critical areas of performance and links the existing improvement structure and ISO 9000 structure into the deployment mechanism.
 

Priority Planning Workshop  (3 days)

Engages top management and constructs the foundation of an effective Continuous Process Improvement structure.
 

Process Improvement and Techniques Workshop  (3 days)

People who need to use an objective process to identify, analyze, and treat the root causes of problems are given an effective problem-solving process using the basic quality tools and Process Improvement Story.
 

Facilitator Workshop  (3 days)

Provides the organization with personnel, certified by PROMAX, to be capable of perpetuating excellence from within by the transfer of effective consulting, communication, and facilitation skills to the client’s personnel.
 

Instructor Orientation Workshop  (3-5 days depending on workshop)

Provides the organization with personnel, certified by PROMAX, to be capable of perpetuating excellence from within.  This is accomplished through effective teaching skills.
